Orchard Ice is Spirits of Norway Vineyard entry into the Iced Apple Wine category. The orchard was harvested at below freezing temps, juice pressed and flash frozen creating apple concentrate. Aged over cinnamon sticks produced a wine that tastes like apple pie. Serve alamode!
