Old Vine Zinfandel – For years, our winemaker has sought out vines ranging in age from 60 to 80 years old for our Old Vine Zinfandel. Those old vines produced an intense and flavorful wine with tasting notes of raspberries, peppercorn, dried herbs and vanilla followed by spice and often tobacco-smoky finish. Try pairing with lighter meats like Cornish hen, turkey, veal barbecued red meats and lamb.
