Pinot Noir name is derived from the French words for pine and black. The pine alluding to the tightly clustered, pine cone shaped bunches and black the color of the grapes. The medium bodied, low tannin wine tends to have red fruit notes of cherries, raspberries and strawberries. Best showcased chilled.
