This Bordeaux inspired blend features three of the noble grape varieties. 50% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon was blended to create this rich garnet colored wine. Distinctive aromatics of ripe red fruits and toasty oak define this medium bodied wine. Featuring softer tannins than its French counterpart, a subtle vanilla and cocoa note round off the finish of this wine. Pairs well with grilled or roast beef, lamb or mushroom dishes.
