Baco Noir is a hybrid wine grape created by Francois Baco, a native of Southwestern France.

Baco, set out to the task of creating a “super vine” by grafting a blend of Vitis vinifera a European grape,

with Vitis riparia, which is purely North American. Our Winemakers goal is to keep it light

and really chase the bright cherry and raspberry flavors. Mission accomplished!

Pairs well with a rich BBQ ribs dish.

For a nice light pairing we suggest heart shaped crackers along with our favorite blackberry preserves.
