Winery Internship Opportunity
Location: Spirits of Norway Vineyard & Winery | 22200 W. 6 Mile Road, Town of Norway, Franksville, WI 53126
Are you ready to immerse yourself in the world of winemaking? Join our team at Spirits of Norway Winery for a hands-on experience like no other. Under the mentorship of our skilled winemaker, you’ll assist with a variety of cellar operations and learn the craft of wine production.
Your role will include:
- Bottling, labeling, and packaging wine for distribution
- Assisting with wine racking, filtering, and fermentation processes
- Learning the aging process, including barrel handling
- Managing inventory, palletizing, and warehouse operations
- Gaining a deep understanding of every step of wine production from vine to bottle
This internship is perfect for teachers, students, or anyone with a summer break who has an interest in wine, fermentation, and cellar work. If you’ve ever wondered how wine is made, this is your chance to gain firsthand experience in a professional winery environment.
Compensation & Flexibility
- Pay based on experience
- Flexible hours: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays in September for harvest-related tasks

Are you passionate about the outdoors and looking for a hands-on summer experience? Join our team at Spirits of Norway Vineyard and learn the art of vineyard management from start to finish. Under the guidance of our experienced vineyard manager, you’ll dive into all aspects of vineyard care.
Your role will include:
- Cultivating grapevines and maintaining healthy crops
- Leaf thinning, weed control, and sucker removal
- Tying vines, managing canopies, and supporting trellises
- Installing insect control netting and watering young vines
- Assisting with crop harvesting and post-harvest handling
- Identifying vineyard issues and helping implement timely solutions
This internship is ideal for teachers, students, or anyone with a summer break who enjoys working outside and has a passion for agriculture. You’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in sustainable vineyard management. The internship is part-time and seasonal, running from May to September, with occasional Saturday work in September for harvest activities.

- Flexible hours: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed
